Key Responsibilities:
- Managing wedding projects from initiation to execution
- Communicating with couples throughout all stages of preparation
- Selecting and coordinating vendors within the approved budget
- Preparing and managing project budgets and cost estimates
- Monitoring payments and deadlines
- Developing preparation timelines and wedding day schedules
- Coordinating all processes on the event day
- Handling operational issues and force majeure situations
- Maintaining project documentation and reporting
Scope of Responsibility:
- Operational management of wedding projects
- Quality control of service and execution
- Ensuring timelines, budgets, and agreements are met
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a wedding planner
- Strong understanding of the wedding market and vendor landscape
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High level of responsibility and self-organization
- Strong business communication skills
- Stress resistance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Russian and English (Georgian is a plus)
