Position Type: Full-Time
Reports to: Head of HR
The Training and Development Manager will be responsible for designing, administering, and overseeing all aspects of training programs within the Company. This role involves managing training schedules, coordinating with external training providers, and ensuring the effective implementation of training initiatives, with a focus on technical training. The Training and Development Manager will not be required to deliver technical training directly but will ensure that training programs are well-organized and meet the Company’s objectives. This role also includes coordinating the onboarding and induction process for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the Company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Training Needs Assessment:
- Conduct regular needs assessments to identify current and future training requirements across all departments.
- Collaborate with Head of Functions, team leaders, and employees to gather insights on skills gaps and performance issues.
- Analyze business goals, performance metrics, and industry trends to align training programs with dealership objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to address identified training needs and improve overall employee performance.
Onboarding/Induction Coordination:
- Design and manage the onboarding and induction programs for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the Company.
- Develop and update onboarding materials, including orientation manuals, training schedules, and introductory presentations.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure new employees receive the necessary training, resources, and support.
- Facilitate the introduction of new employees to Organisation’s culture, policies, and procedures.
Training Administration:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive training calendar for technical and non-technical training programs.
- Coordinate with external training vendors and internal experts to schedule and administer training sessions.
- Oversee logistics related to training, including venue arrangements, equipment setup, and participant registration to corporate virtual and in-person trainings, etc
Program Management:
- Ensure all training programs are aligned with the Company’s goals and industry standards.
- Track and analyze training effectiveness and employee progress through evaluations and feedback.
- Manage and update training materials and resources to reflect current practices and technologies.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Collaborate with Head of Functions and team leaders to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Serve as the primary contact for training-related inquiries and support within the Company.
- Facilitate communication between employees, trainers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and certifications.
- Prepare and present reports on training outcomes, attendance, and performance metrics.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Recommend improvements to training programs based on feedback and performance data.
- Implement strategies to enhance training effectiveness and employee engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in training and development.
- Good understanding and knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Strong skills in conducting training needs assessments and analyzing training requirements.
- Experience in coordinating onboarding and induction processes.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Languages: Georgian – native; English – fluent
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Knowledge of automotive technical training requirements and best practices.
