Silk Development is currently offering an employment opportunity at Marketing Operations Manager position.
Location: Batumi, Georgia
Work Schedule: Full Time
Working Hours: 10:00 – 19:00
Accountable to: Head of Marketing Operations
Subordinates: NA

Responsibilities:

• Collect and organize marketing needs
• Plan, coordinate, and manage marketing projects
• Translating business objectives into actionable marketing activities
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners
• Coordinate production and distribution of marketing materials
• Ensure brand consistency
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance
• Prepare reports
• Support implementation of company-wide marketing strategies
• Perform other related tasks given by the Supervisor

Skills and Qualifications:

• Higher Education in Marketing of related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with project management and marketing tools
• Knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels
• Analytical mindset
• Experience managing budgets and timelines
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work collaboratively
