Domino's hypermarket chain announces a vacancy for a Technical Lead – Mobile (Flutter) / Backend position on a remote or Hybrid Schedule.

Responsibilities:

Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Design, own, and evolve the architecture of Flutter-based mobile applications and backend services
• Define technical standards, best practices, and development guidelines
• Make key architectural and technology decisions aligned with long-term product goals

Mobile Development (Flutter – Primary Focus)

• Hands-on development of Flutter applications
• Design and implement scalable mobile architectures (state management, navigation, modularity)
• Ensure high code quality, performance, and maintainability

Backend & Integrations

• Contribute to backend architecture and development
• Design and implement RESTful APIs
• Integrate mobile applications with backend services and third-party systems

Infrastructure & Security

Processes & Mentoring

• Establish development workflows, code review standards, and CI/CD processes
• Mentor and technically guide a mobile developer, supporting autonomy and skill growth
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Qualification requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in mobile application development, with a strong focus on Flutter
• Proven experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Lead
• Deep understanding of mobile application architecture and cross-platform development principles
• Strong backend development experience with at least one backend language and framework
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Hands-on experience with object storage systems and understanding of security and access control

Soft Skills:

• Strong ownership and accountability for technical outcomes
• Ability to mentor and develop other engineers
• Clear communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply
• Proactive mindset with the ability to make independent decisions
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical tasks
• Knowledge of SQL and experience in 1C mobile development will be a plus
• Good knowledge of English language;
