Restosoft is looking for a Project Manager responsible for the successful planning, coordination and launch of new and existing company projects across Georgia. The main objective of this position is to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You'll be key in maintaining process transparency for management and clients, managing risks, and fostering effective collaboration with various teams (Support, Development, Sales, Account Managers).

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Update project and sub-project templates in Zoho Projects;
- Plan and launch projects in accordance with company regulations and client agreements;
- Define and document tasks, deadlines, and responsible parties in Zoho Projects;
- Monitor the progress and completion of project milestones;
- Ensure continuous updates to the Project Dashboard.
Timelines, Budget, and Quality:
- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed-upon deadlines;
- Control project spending to stay within the approved budget;
- Guarantee the quality of project launches by minimizing implementation errors and reducing the number of redesigns;
- Ensure project stages are closed correctly without the need for rework.
Risk and Blocker Management:
- Identify potential risks and blockers that could impact the project;
- Timely inform stakeholders and management about any critical issues;
- Escalate major problems to the COO/CEO.
Resources and Workload:
- Balance the workload between the Support, Development, and technology partners;
- Accurately assess resource needs and request additional resources when necessary.
Communication:
- Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams;
- Ensure clear and transparent communication among all teams (Sales / Dev ↔ Support ↔ Client).
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation in Zoho Projects / CRM;
- Prepare weekly reports for the COO;
- Create a final report upon project completion, including an analysis of any stages that required rework.
Compensation:
- A fixed salary plus bonuses based on KPI performance.
Reporting Line:
- Direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Interaction:
- Sales Department: Transfer new clients and initiate projects;
- Account Manager: Receive client feedback;
- Technical Support (L1/L2): Provide technical support within the project;
- Development: Coordinate on task execution, releases, integrations, and bugs;
- COO: Provide reports and escalate critical issues.
Candidate Profile:
Professional Skills:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT or integration projects;
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies;
- Experience with Zoho Projects, Jira, or similar systems;
- Knowledge of POS systems (Syrve, iiko, or similar);
- Proficiency in Georgian, English and Russian languages (Turkish is a plus).
