Key role: Providing full legal support for the establishment and launch of a financial company in Georgia, including interaction with regulatory authorities, preparation of constituent and internal documents, as well as legal support at all stages of licensing and the start of the bank's activities."

Understanding legal requirements:
Skills in legal analysis of cross-border structures and intra-group relations.
Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement (correspondence, participation in meetings, analysis of documents in English).
Knowledge of Russian is desirable.
Readiness for permanent work and interaction with the regulator in Georgia.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in banking and financial law, including support for the activities of credit institutions.
Practical experience in participating in projects:
- participation in projects to create banks or financial organizations;
- licensing of banking activities;
- interaction with supervisory and regulatory authorities.
- participation in the preparation and legal examination of:
- constituent documents of the bank;
- internal regulatory documents;
- decisions of governing bodies;
- contracts with consultants, vendors and partners.
Experience of interaction with:
- financial regulators;
- international and local legal consultants.
Understanding legal requirements:
- banking activities;
- corporate management;
- protection of personal data;
Skills in legal analysis of cross-border structures and intra-group relations.
