ABOUT US
Founded with a vision to transform the hospitality landscape in Georgia, Petra Group is a real estate development company focused on large-scale resort and mixed-use projects. Our flagship development, Petra Sea Resort, is a landmark project covering over 20 hectares and combining international branded hotels, residential buildings, and extensive recreational infrastructure.
POSITION PROFILE
We are looking for an Architect with 5+ years of professional experience to join our in-house architectural team. The role is focused on architectural design, coordination, and documentation for complex, large-scale projects.
The ideal candidate is technically strong, detail-oriented, and confident working within multidisciplinary teams, with solid knowledge of Georgian regulations and hands-on experience throughout different project stages.
QUALIFICATIONS & HARD SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Practical experience in architectural design
- Good knowledge of construction, architecture, and urban planning regulations in Georgia
- Experience working with municipalities and regulatory authorities
- Strong written and spoken Georgian and English (Russian is an advantage)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Office (Revit is an advantage).

- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
- High sense of responsibility and ownership

- Good communication and coordination skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop architectural solutions in line with the overall project concept and design guidelines
- Prepare architectural drawings and documentation at different project stages
- Participate in urban planning, architectural, and working design phases
- Coordinate architectural design with engineers, consultants, and external designers
- Ensure compliance of architectural solutions with regulations and approved concepts
- Participate in material selection and architectural detailing
- Liaise with municipalities and authorities on design-related matters
- Support internal design reviews and coordination meetings
- Monitor that design documentation aligns with approved concepts
- Assist in maintaining design quality throughout project implementation
