Silk Development is currently offering an employment opportunity for the position of International Sales Manager.

Location: Batumi

Number of Positions: 1

Work Schedule: Full-time

Reports to: Head of International Sales

Working Hours: Rotating Schedule

Subordinate Position(s): NA

Responsibilities:

Present and promote products to potential clients;
Provide comprehensive information about the project to clients visiting the service center;
Respond to incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner;
Operate and manage data within the sales software;
Prepare and formalize contracts with clients;
Develop customized payment plans tailored to individual client needs;
Conduct site visits when required;
Prepare and deliver reports as needed;
Work in company-authorized platforms, systems, and software (including but not limited to: Bitrix24)
Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education;
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a related field;
Proficiency in English;
Polish or Hebrew at least at a conversational level (mandatory);
Strong time management and organizational skills;
Attention to detail;
Ability to collaborate effectively, share responsibility and support team initiatives;
Analytical and problem-solving skills;
Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances;
Proficiency in MS Office.
