York Towers is looking for a Renovation Project Manager who will be responsible for the full management of residential and/or commercial renovation projects — from initial planning to final handover. The role combines strong project management, technical expertise, and leadership skills to ensure high-quality execution, adherence to timelines and budgets, and maximum customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Organization
- Planning renovation projects in accordance with approved scopes and technical requirements
- Developing, managing, and monitoring project timelines
- Defining work sequences and optimally allocating resources
Working with Contractors and Suppliers
- Selecting contractor companies, coordinating and maintaining daily communication
- Monitoring completed work and assessing quality
- Reviewing completion certificates and participating in the approval process
Quality Control
- Ongoing supervision of construction and renovation work quality
- Identifying, recording, and managing defect resolution processes
- Ensuring compliance with project specifications, technical standards, and company requirements
Budget and Cost Management
- Participating in renovation budget planning and preparation
- Controlling costs within the approved budget
- Identifying potential deviations and informing management
Communication with Internal and External Stakeholders
- Effective collaboration with sales, customer relations, technical, and finance departments
- Communicating with customers when necessary (deadlines, status updates, changes)
- Providing regular project progress reports
Documentation and Reporting
- Managing complete project-related documentation
- Preparing progress and status reports
- Closing completed projects and ensuring final handover
Qualification Requirements
- Higher education in construction, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in renovation or construction project management
- Experience in residential complex renovations is preferred
- Strong project management skills
- Good knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Experience in budgeting and schedule management
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / MS Project / AutoCAD
- Experience working in a multi-project environment
- High sense of responsibility
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
