JSC "Mina" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Payroll & Personnel Services Associate .
Place of work: Ksani (35 km from Tbilisi). Transport service is provided by the company
Working schedule: 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
Break: 12:00-13:00 (Meals provided by the company)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing group employees’ payroll in accordance with the Labor Code, Social Security Institution (SSI) regulations, the collective labor agreement, and internal company procedures within defined periods.
- Executing processes in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and performance indicators to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Monitoring legal notifications and reports related to payroll and personnel matters.
- Performing necessary updates in relevant systems and applications for group employees in line with payroll and legislative requirements.
- Providing central support for foreign employee operations.
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee documentation.
- Managing and monitoring employee leave processes.
- Executing payroll and personnel operations within the offboarding process.
- Complying with company procedures and principles when coordinating specifications and contract requirements with external contractors.
- Ensuring compliance with employee-related regulations, implementing changes, and monitoring their execution.
- Managing and monitoring correspondence with public and private institutions, ensuring timely submission of legal notifications and reports (e.g., Labor Regional Directorate, Employment Agency, SSI, etc.).
- Monitoring and controlling employee health, insurance, and social assistance transactions.
- Verifying the accuracy of payroll calculations, including all types of compensation.
- Reviewing accounting and reconciliation records and ensuring coordination with accountants and banks.
- Coordinating data management, onboarding/offboarding, and compensation processes for external employees.
- Ensuring operational quality of travel and expense processes in accordance with established procedures and in collaboration with the accounting department.
- Preparing documentation and information for audit processes, including social audits conducted by retail/client companies.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and system projects within payroll and personnel operations.
Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or organizational psychology.
- 2+ year experience in HR.
- Advanced knowledge of MS office programs: Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of SAP is preferable.
- Advance level of English, preferably – Turkish.
- Good communication skills and attention to details.
