LLC Georgia Growth Fund is a Tbilisi-based investment company that focuses on fostering international investments in Georgia, particularly by connecting foreign investors with local business opportunities.

We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Lawyer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play an important role in providing legal support across the company’s investment and operational activities, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and contributing to the successful implementation of investment projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
• Provide legal advice on a wide range of business-related matters, including corporate governance, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory matters.
• Support the legal aspects of investment projects and business transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business development and operational activities.
• Monitor and stay updated on legislative and regulatory changes that may affect the company’s operations and investment activities.
• Provide legal advice and manage the process of obtaining work visas and legal documentation for foreign employees.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in business or corporate law.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Proven experience in providing legal advice and handling complex legal matters within a corporate environment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and legal drafting skills.
• In-depth knowledge of applicable business laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

Education

• Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent).
