We are happy to announce that we are looking for a VIP manager who will be responsible for identifying potential VIP customers and ensuring that VIPs have the best possible experience possible on Asvla.

Main responsibilities are:

• Manage and develop relationships with high-value VIP players
• Monitor player activity and identify opportunities to increase engagement and lifetime value
• Analyze player behavior and performance metrics to optimize VIP strategy
• Provide high-level customer support and ensure premium service experience

Main Requirements:

• Experience working with VIP players in iGaming / Casino / Betting industry
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret player data
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Fluent in Georgian, High level of English knowledge.

Additional information:

• Working hours: Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week.
