HH Recruitment (www.HH.ge) is announcing a vacancy for the position of HR Manager for a company operating in the medical industry.

• Enhances the organization`s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing interviews; and recommending changes.
• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
• Recruits future team members in all New Life Branches according to company necessity.
• Manages a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; and recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results, hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.
• Implements employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends
• Prepares, signs and keep records of Employee contracts, Bios, Contact Details, Vacations.
• Updates Employee Bios on Web pages via help of Web Development Specialist.
• Recommends New Policies, approaches and procedures.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration; Psychology)
• Master’s Degree is desirable;
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience as a HR Generalist and HR Manager;
• Desirable International Company; Work Experience in the Medical Field;
• Fluent knowledge of English;
• Mandatory MS Office
