Role Description:

• Interface: Engage with clients primarily in French and English to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Responsibilities:Manage client accounts within an assigned territory.
• Serve as the primary contact, addressing inquiries and fostering partnerships.
• Work to ensure client retention through renewals and identifying growth opportunities.
• Provide valuable client feedback to improve offerings.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• Language Skills: Proficient in both French and English.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to foster client relationships.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to understand client needs and implement solutions.
• Technology Use: Familiarity with tools relevant to account management and sales.
