We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to support our sales and operational teams.

Working Hours: 10:00 – 19:00

Main Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Windows operating systems and related services;
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, including repair and replacement;
• Manage and support network infrastructure, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and WiFi;
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services and users;
• Implement and follow basic cybersecurity practices, including antivirus management;
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls;
• Work on company-authorized platforms, systems, and software (Including but not limited to: SAP Business 1, Bitrix 24, VPN, ClickUp)
• Perform other related tasks given by the Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Higher or professional education on related fields;
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Clear verbal and written communication skills;
• Patience and ability to work effectively with non-technical users;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills;
• Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks;
• Georgian advanced. English B2
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
• Customer service-oriented mindset;
• Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow.
