It offers clients full-service solutions - from concept development to execution, including project planning, interior design, and high-quality renovation works. The completed projects are distinguished by their aesthetics and the integration of modern technologies.
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Draftsman with advanced AutoCAD expertise and strong experience in interior fit-out construction and shop drawings. This role is suited for a technically strong professional capable of producing fully coordinated, accurate, and buildable drawings in line with project requirements and execution standards.
Position: Technical Draftsman
Type of Work: Full-time
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed AutoCAD construction and shop drawings for interior fit-out projects;
- Develop accurate IFC drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and detailed joinery drawings;
- Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, ensuring clash-free and fully integrated solutions;
- Translate design intent into clear, practical, and executable construction details;
- Maintain high standards in drawing accuracy, layering, annotation, and plotting;
- Update and revise drawings based on site conditions, consultant comments, and approvals;
- Support site and project teams with technical clarifications and drawing-related coordination;
- Ensure proper documentation, version control, and timely submission of drawings;
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory);
- Strong experience in interior fit-out shop drawings and detailing;
- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing standards;
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Strong coordination skills and ability to work across multiple disciplines;
- Ability to work independently and meet tight project deadlines;
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out drafting;
- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Technical Drafting;
