As an Operations Customer Expert, you will support customers using electric vehicles by answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding them toward a seamless experience. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth experience across charging, connectivity, and vehicle-related services, while contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• German language skills C1+ (spoken & written required)
• English B2
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Ability to interact confidently with diverse customer types
• Good computer skills + fast typing
• Creative, solution-oriented mindset and a strong team player
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required

What you'll do

• Handle inbound calls and written inquiries from customers
• Provide clear, friendly, and professional support in German and English
• Offer expert guidance on bookings, changes, cancellations, and travel plans
• Update and maintain customer and booking data
• Work closely with your team to deliver the best customer experience
