Pasha Bank is seeking an Associate Corporate Banker

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the Corporate Department in acquiring and expanding the client portfolio;
- Maintain direct communication with clients and participate in deal structuring and negotiations;
- Work closely with Credit Analysts to ensure a smooth and timely credit review and approval process aligned with client expectations;
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Risk, Legal, Compliance, Treasury, and Operations to prepare, negotiate, and execute loan documentation;
- Support the Corporate Banking team in cross-selling additional banking products such as payroll programs, foreign exchange transactions, and other financial services.
Qualifications Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, or Finance; a Master’s degree is preferred;
- Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in corporate banking or the financial sector;
- Languages: Fluent knowledge of the Georgian language, Good knowledge of the English language , knowledge of the Russian language (B1-Intermediate) will be considered an advantage;
- Technical Knowledge and Skills: MS Office -proficient User, excellent in Excel
