IDS Borjomi Georgia is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Specialist in Tbilisi, Georgia. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of our company.

You will partner cross-functionally to analyze key trends and budget variances, providing senior management with actionable insights and robust financial visibility aligned with IFRS standards.

Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support senior management decision-making.
- Prepare and present monthly management reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), financial results, and detailed variance analysis.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for performance improvement.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Support the annual budgeting cycle and periodic reforecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor business performance against budgets and forecasts, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial visibility and drive data-informed decisions.
- Evaluate financial implications of business initiatives, investments, and cost optimization strategies.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal financial policies and procedures.
- Assist in improving reporting processes, automation, and data visualization using modern tools.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and prepare presentations for senior stakeholders as required.
- Stay updated on changes in financial reporting standards and assess their impact on the organization.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
- Strong knowledge and practical application of IFRS. Progress toward ACCA, CPA, or other relevant professional certification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Georgian, English and Russian is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools).
