We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quick Commerce Support Agent. In this role, you will take full ownership of an assigned region, responsible for managing and resolving Q-Commerce support cases within our Salesforce platform. Your primary goal will be to resolve partner and product data inquiries efficiently to meet and exceed our Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will be a key player in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our catalog data for your region.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quick Commerce Support Agent. In this role, you will take full ownership of an assigned region, responsible for managing and resolving Q-Commerce support cases within our Salesforce platform. Your primary goal will be to resolve partner and product data inquiries efficiently to meet and exceed our Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will be a key player in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our catalog data for your region.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of your assigned region, effectively managing a queue of incoming cases in Salesforce related to the creation and onboarding of partners and creation or modification of products in our PIM & Catalog systems.
- Meet and exceed targets for case resolution times (SLAs), ensuring timely and accurate support.
- Populate and adjust product and partner information within Salesforce based on case requests, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize automation tools to modify catalog content, adhering to the required format.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to assign appropriate master categories to products and update brand information.
- Proficient in English (C1 level) to effectively communicate and participate in training sessions and daily operations.
- Strong computer skills. Salesforce and Google Sheets knowledge is a plus.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with exceptional organizational and time management abilities to consistently meet SLA deadlines.
- A proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently while also demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills for team collaboration.
- Availability to work fixed hours, Monday to Friday, in a hybrid working model.
