AgriGeorgia was established in March 2007 near the city of Zugdidi in the Samegrelo region and currently the activity is handled through 2 sites, employing approx. 84 HCs. The Company’s mission is to verify the adaptability of different hazelnut varieties to local agricultural and climatic conditions experimenting several agronomic techniques, to promote the hazelnuts development amongst local farmer and ultimately to be a reliable supplier for Ferrero reducing dependency from other suppliers/countries.

About the Role:
We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting supply chain operations in alignment with departmental objectives.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit regular reports to the Supply Chain Manager covering hazelnut receiving, storage, shipments, and inventory balances.
- Ensure appropriate storage conditions for raw materials in hazelnut warehouses, including effective temperature and humidity control.
- Maintain and regularly update data records in both Excel and SAP systems.
- Collect, organize, and archive documentation in compliance with established procedures and company policies.
- Coordinate and monitor the timely dispatch of company cargo, laboratory samples, and documents through courier service providers.
- Oversee the fumigation process for export products to ensure compliance with required standards.
- Arrange transportation with logistics and freight companies for both land and sea shipments.
- Prepare and manage TIR and CMR documentation.
- Under authorized power of attorney:
- Collect all necessary documents.
- Submit required documentation to relevant authorities to obtain phytosanitary certificates and declarations of conformity.
- Gather and submit all required documentation to the Customs Department of the Revenue Service for import and/or export declarations.
- Act on behalf of the company, under authorized power of attorney, in dealings with:
- The National Food Agency
- The Customs Department of Revenue Service
- regarding export and import operations.
- Represent the company, when required, at customs terminals across Georgia for matters related to import and export activities.
- Be willing to work in various regions of Georgia for designated periods as required by the company.
- During periods of reduced or inactive hazelnut operations, support inventory management activities within the Supply Chain Department’s industrial warehouse.
- Be available to work beyond standard working days and hours when necessary, in accordance with the Labor Code of Georgia.

Qualification Requirements
- Proficiency in English is considered an advantage.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and SAP system is preferred.
