General Requirements:

• Attends monthly inventories
• Conducts unexpected spot checks in F&B outlets, SPA and other selling points.
• Attends product receiving
• Makes biannual random Control weightings of breakfast and other buffet products
• Conducts local market price checks
• Inputs kitchen ready product lists counting results into Material Control
• Analyzes reasonableness of Food Cost and Drink Cost Ratios, also review supplies cost per departments and identify the reason for material deviations
• Investigates deviation causes and follow up in timely manner

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
• Good analytical, verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in ORACLE MATERIALS CONTROL
• Experience of MICROSOFT ERP system is plus
• Good knowledge of MICROSOFT Excel
• Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork
• Experience in International Brand Hotel is a preference
