Salary: 80,000GEL – 100,000GEL+ per annum (depending on experience)Performance Bonus: Available based on agreed objectives and business growth

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Sales Performance Manager to help develop our people, strengthen our sales systems and drive the next stage of business growth.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales leader who enjoys developing people, improving performance and building high-performing teams.
The role combines sales leadership, coaching, performance management, data analysis and process improvement.
You will be responsible for managing and developing our sales function, including telemarketers, sales representatives, customer activation processes and retention activities.
Success in this role will come from your ability to analyse performance, identify opportunities for improvement, provide effective coaching and create a culture of accountability, development and continuous improvement.
This is not a traditional field sales management role. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others achieve success whilst building systems and processes that enable sustainable business growth.
Working Arrangements
This is a fully remote position.
Applicants may be based anywhere provided they are able to work predominantly within UK business hours and maintain regular availability for meetings, coaching sessions and team collaboration.
We have operated successfully with remote team members for many years and have developed effective systems, processes and communication practices that support high levels of performance and accountability.
Role Objective
To lead, develop and improve the performance of the sales function through effective leadership, coaching, performance management and process improvement.
You will work closely with telemarketers, sales representatives and management to ensure the business continues to achieve ambitious growth objectives whilst maintaining high standards of customer experience, customer retention and operational excellence.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Sales Team Leadership
- Manage and support a team of sales representatives and telemarketers.
- Conduct regular one-to-one performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Set clear performance expectations and development objectives.
- Foster a positive, accountable and high-performance culture.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding and development of new team members.
Performance Management & Analytics
- Monitor key sales performance indicators including activity levels, conversion rates, appointments, customer acquisition, revenue generation, retention and growth.
- Analyse statistical and quality-based performance reports.
- Identify strengths, weaknesses and development opportunities across the team.
- Ensure sales targets and performance standards are consistently achieved.
- Produce meaningful reports and recommendations for management.
Coaching & Development
- Review calls, meetings and sales activity.
- Deliver constructive feedback and ongoing coaching.
- Assist team members in improving prospecting, discovery, presentation and closing skills.
- Create individual development plans where appropriate.
- Deliver training sessions and best-practice workshops.
- Share successful techniques and encourage continuous learning.
Sales Process Improvement
- Continuously improve sales processes and workflows.
- Ensure effective CRM usage and pipeline management.
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
- Work closely with management on strategic sales initiatives.
- Help establish and maintain best practices across the sales organisation.
Customer Activation & Retention
- Oversee customer activation processes following sale.
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to customer service and account management.
- Monitor customer retention performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support initiatives aimed at increasing customer lifetime value and long-term client relationships.
Technology & AI-Driven Sales Enablement
At InXpress Southampton, we place significant emphasis on technology, data and continuous improvement.
The business operates on HubSpot CRM, providing full visibility of activity, pipeline management, customer journeys and performance reporting.
We are actively embracing AI-powered analytics and sales enablement tools. Through integrations with HubSpot and other platforms, we utilise conversation intelligence, reporting automation, performance analytics and AI-assisted insights to identify coaching opportunities, improve sales effectiveness and support better decision-making.

Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, sales coaching or performance management.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and performance metrics.
- Ability to analyse data and convert insight into practical action.
- Excellent communication, leadership and coaching skills.
- Experience managing KPIs, targets and performance reviews.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to motivate, develop and hold team members accountable.
Highly Desirable
- Experience managing remote sales teams.
- Experience using HubSpot CRM.
- Experience within logistics, courier, freight or supply chain industries.
- Background in B2B sales.
- Familiarity with AI tools, conversation intelligence and performance analytics platforms.
- Experience developing training programmes and performance improvement initiatives.
