Talentgrator is announcing a vacancy for the position of Senior Product Designer.

Description

• Lead end-to-end design processes from research and discovery to final implementation.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, usability testing, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to identify opportunities and solve complex product challenges.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Create intuitive, scalable, and data-driven design solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into user-centered experiences.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and Developers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Participate in product discovery, roadmap discussions, and feature planning.
• Analyze user behavior, product metrics, and business KPIs to improve product performance.
• Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Contribute to design systems, UX standards, and design best practices across products.
• Mentor and support other designers when needed.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design, preferably in a Senior Product Designer role.
• At least 1 year of experience in the iGaming/Gambling domain.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX expertise, and complex product solutions.
• Experience working on B2B and/or B2C digital products.
• Strong understanding of UX, UI, interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
• Experience conducting user research and working with qualitative and quantitative data.
• Ability to work with product metrics and make data-driven design decisions.
• Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, BA, QA, and Engineering.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain and defend design decisions using both user and business rationale.
• Russian - fluent
• English - Intermediate+ (ability to communicate with international teams and documentation)
