Mogo Georgia is looking for a Call Center Operator to join our team in Tbilisi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote customer support by handling incoming calls;
• Promote and sell the company's products over the phone.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other standard office applications;
• Knowledge of English and/or Russian is considered an advantage.

• Strong customer service skills;
• Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a team;
• Flexibility, responsiveness, discipline, and attention to detail.
