Job Summary
Responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant.
The Restaurant Manager will ensure exceptional guest experience, maintain service and sanitation standards, drive team performance, support menu planning, and maximize financial results while fostering a positive work environment.

Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or GED and 4 years of experience in food & beverage, culinary, or hospitality operations; OR
• 2-year degree in Hospitality, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field and 2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing Daily Operations
• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and staffing levels.
• Ensure service, cleanliness, and sanitation standards are maintained.
• Support operations during peak service periods and cover key positions when needed. Leading the Team
• Lead, coach, and develop team members through training and mentoring.
• Promote teamwork, trust, and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and beverage service regulations.
• Set clear performance expectations and monitor productivity. Guest Experience
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable dining experiences.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Gather guest feedback and implement improvements.
• Ensure smooth service from arrival to departure. People Management
• Conduct training and development activities.
• Support employee engagement, recognition, and retention.
• Maintain a fair and inclusive work environment. Financial & Administrative Duties
• Assist with purchasing, inventory control, and invoice management.
• Monitor operational costs and contribute to achieving financial objectives.
• Analyze results and implement improvements to enhance performance.
