we are seeking a Quantitative Analyst
What You’ll Do
- Develop and refine quantitative models for pricing, odds compilation, and risk management.
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and actionable insights for trading strategies.
- Collaborate with engineers to deploy models into production within our AI-native trading infrastructure.
- Monitor model performance, conduct back-testing, and implement continuous improvements.
- Work closely with Data scientists and Data engineers to align models with business needs.
Requirements
- Open to working as an independent contractor through Deel, fully remote, based in Europe.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years experience as a Quantitive Analyst or Engineer working on sports related statistics (Odds change, Margin optimization).
- Strong experience in Python for modeling and data analysis.
- Knowledge of sports betting markets, trading systems.
- Ability to work with large, complex datasets and extract meaningful insights.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong communication abilities.
Advantege:
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques and statistical modeling.
- Working with AI based IDEs such as Cursor, Claude code or Codex.
