Asvla team is growing and we are looking for a smart, detail-oriented accountant to join our finance team and gather valuable work experience with us.

Main Duties:

• Ensures accurate and timely preparation of payrolls, payment of payroll taxes, and related liabilities.
• Responsible for payments (preparing payment orders in the bank, monitoring the transactions, and informing the related parts about the payment).
• Collect, organize, and display the primary financial documentation in the accounting software.
• Make monthly reconciliations with providers.
• Accounting of inventory and fixed assets in the name of the company.
• Preparation, storage, control, and archiving of primary documents (invoices, waybills, delivery-acceptance acts, etc.).
• Work on the online portals of Revenue Service, and Pensions.
• Cash management (preparation of monthly, and annual cash flow reports).
• Participation in financial and tax audits

Requirements for this role:

• Excel Knowledge at a high level is a must
• English knowledge is a must (B2 level is desirable)
• Proven work experience as an accountant.
• General knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS)
• Knowledge of the basic principles of Georgian tax legislation.
• Work experience in accounting software.
