Company is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position Operations Manager.

Position title: Operations Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate operational tasks for apparel manufacturing, wholesaling and retailing
  • Achieve sales, service, production, profit and cost saving targets
  • Supports General Manager and communicates effectively with all departments like marketing and PR, account manager, production, logistic and finance team to ensure all duties are carried out accurately, on a timely fashion and efficiently
  • Handle daily operations and task follow-up
  • Coordinate internal departments work and support in customer relation, order taking, production, stock management, order implementation, order delivery and customer satisfaction follow–up processes.
  • Precise management of multiple tasks
  • Keep Senior managers apprised of calendar, action items, messages and follow up regarding relevant internal and external business issues
  • Coordinate meetings – with clients /partners, internal, special events, agenda creation, logistics and catering
  • Establish high level reporting culture
  • To establish cost saving attitude
  • If needed, create, modify/format, upload, documents electronically including letters, memos, PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, images and other related documents
  • Ensure accuracy of travel plans, domestic and international travel coordination
  • Research relevant data using internet and other sources
  • Apply professional techniques for problem solving and project management

Our Requirements:

  • Experience in operational role;
  • Fluent English and Russian;
  • Bachelor’s degree in General Management, operations or finance;
  • Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and handle pressure, while consistently paying attention to accuracy and quality of work;
  • High degrees of initiative, drive, energy, accountability and maturity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present thoughts clearly and accurately
  • Superior time management, organization, controlling and prioritization skills, having the ability to complete tasks in a complete and timely fashion with high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to be an active participant on the executive management team—thinking about strategy, operational, and organizational development efforts
  • Demonstrate high interest in our industry, clients & their business;
  • Exhibit passion through appropriate participation in team and industry initiatives
  • Digitally savvy, MUST be proficient in Outlook calendar application as well as Microsoft Office suite, primarily Word, Excel and PowerPoint
