Astria Learning is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of English Speaking Admission Counselor/ Telesales Representative to join our team!
Working times: Monday-Friday 11:00 – 20:00
Location: Remote
Salary: 1200-1500 GEL + Commissions
Job Requirements:
Fluent in written and spoken English
Experience in telesales, customer support or a relevant filed
Intercultural competence
Strong communication skills and assertiveness
Strong customer orientation and conflict resolution skills
Independent, structured way of working and organizational skill
Strong and stable internet connection
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact students via telephone to verify data submitted, as well as to ask for missing documents to continue the admission process and solve any questions that may arise.
Assist prospective students in the admission process to the assigned Academic Program.
Check relevant status of the prospective student in the shared work environment.
Schedule follow ups on document status, application fees, and start dates.
