Role & Responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact for IT related questions;
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues on Windows, Mac and other operating systems;
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention;
- Troubleshoot Hardware, Operating System and software issues;
- Interface with the various technical groups to understand issues;
- experience working with network devices (RJ45 "plugging" experience);
- installation of network and USB printers (scanners);
- Knowledge of Email (POP3, IMAP) technology; experience of working with Remote programs (Any desk, others).
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Higher education in Information Systems, Computer Science- Preferable;
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a desktop support or IT Help Desk role;
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues;
- The ability to break down technological processes and deliver clear, step-by-step instructions;
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software on Windows and Mac computers;
- Experience troubleshooting basic client-side network (DHCP, DNS, Static IP) problems;
- Experience troubleshooting Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365 problems;
- Excellent command of English in written and spoken.
