In this role your major responsibility will be:
  • Ensure smooth and stable running of office computers, installing/updating all necessary programs for work (Software installation/updates of Windows, MS Office)
  • Install and debug software on the company's digital equipment (network devices, computer, server, etc)
  • Control supply of consumables (cartridge for printers, mouse for laptops, keyboards, cables, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot software (Windows, MS Office, etc.)
  • Manage and maintain IT inventory of existing digital equipment
  • Ensure smooth synchronization of employee data in HR software
  • Ensure IT on-boarding of new employees: email registration, AD, user rights, , etc.

What we are looking for:
  • High education or 4th Grade student in Information Technology field
  • Up to 1 year practical experience preferable
  • Operating Systems: Good knowledge of operating system Windows, including configurations, installations and troubleshooting
  • Hardware: Understanding of computer hardware components (desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals) and their functions, troubleshooting and hardware problems.
  • Software Applications: Proficiency in commonly used software and applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers, email clients, and various enterprise-level applications used within the bank.
  • Network Fundamentals: Basic understanding of network principles, including IP addressing, LANs, WANs, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
  • Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with end-users, understand their issues, and provide solutions in a user-friendly manner.
  • English language: Intermediate level knowledge and skills is mandatory
