We are hiring a talented Dispatch Sales Manager to join our Dispatch team. If you`re excited to be part of a winning team, Universal Transit is a great place to grow your career.

Location: Remote
Working Days: Monday-Friday 17:00-02:00, Saturday 17:00-00:00
Salary: $800 + performance-based bonus

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage potential clients through diverse channels, including cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and participation in networking events to create business connections.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of each client`s unique logistical challenges and requirements, allowing for the customization of dispatching solutions that precisely align with their individual needs.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our dispatching services. Showcase how our solutions can drive efficiency, improve overall operations and bring benefits to client businesses.
  • Retain relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service. Act as a reliable point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and building partnerships that extend beyond initial sales interactions.
  • Identify potential areas for business growth and contribute insights to enhance our service offerings.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities. Prepare regular reports and provide updates on progress to the management team.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales is essential;
  • Experience in logistics is a plus but not required;
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in English;
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections;
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, capable to effectively managing multiple priorities and adapting to change within a fast-paced business environment;
  • Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone;
  • Must possess and be able to demonstrate strong influencing and closing skills;
  • Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly;
