We are looking for: IT Support.

Your tasks would be:

• Provide the technical and functional 1st level support and 2nd level support for our products for SharePoint / Teams.
• Be responsible for the initial analysis and classification of tickets
• fix the errors independently or forward them to 3nd level support
• reproduce problems of the customers in our environments
• create documentation and share your knowledge with others
• support the testing of our products
• react to events in our monitoring and proactively communicate with the affected customers

Requirements:

• A completed IT technical education or comparable experience in IT support.
• Knowledge of a Windows-based systems (Active Directory, Windows operating systems, etc.)
• Experience with ticket and monitoring systems (desirable)
• good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• You like to support and help others to fulfill their work trouble-free
• You are a team player, communicative, service-oriented, and meticulous
