We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Lawyer to join our legal team and contribute to our continued success in these diverse industries.
As a Mid-Level Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in providing legal support and guidance across multiple areas of our business. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, manage contractual relationships, mitigate legal risks, and support the company's strategic initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
As a Mid-Level Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in providing legal support and guidance across multiple areas of our business. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, manage contractual relationships, mitigate legal risks, and support the company's strategic initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including vendor contracts, licensing agreements, service agreements, and partnership agreements.
- Stay up-to-date on laws and regulations relevant to our industries, ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements in all aspects of the business.
- Identify and assess legal risks associated with business activities and propose strategies to mitigate such risks.
- Assist with corporate governance matters, including board meetings, corporate filings, and maintaining corporate records.
- Provide guidance on intellectual property matters, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights, and work closely with internal stakeholders to protect company assets.
- Assist in resolving legal disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution methods.
- Collaborate with regulatory affairs teams to ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards.
- Conduct legal research on various topics as needed to support business initiatives and decision-making processes.
- Provide legal training and guidance to internal teams on relevant legal issues and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- 3-5 years of experience practicing law, preferably with a focus on corporate, commercial, or technology law.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with international legal frameworks and cross-border transactions.
- Experience with intellectual property matters, including trademark and patent prosecution.
- Prior experience managing legal projects and working with cross-functional teams.
