Qualification requirements:
- High education in architectural or Engineering science (Engineering will be an advantage);
- At least 2 years of work experience as a Draftsman;
- Basic knowledge of regulations, standards, and technological processes;
- Basic knowledge of MEP systems;
- Excellent knowledge of drafting programs (AutoCAD MEP & Revit to be an advantage);
- Knowledge of engineering calculations principles will be an advantage;
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Proficiency in English Language is mandatory
- Knowledge of Russian would be considered a plus.
Job Description
- Prepare layouts, riser diagrams, and relevant MEP drawings;
- Prepare coordination layouts and conduct clash management;
- Prepare necessary details, sections & elevations;
- Maintain project drawings record Revisions;
- Prepare & Maintain database of CAD blocks & general layouts;
- Work on CAD drawings for MEP Systems & Schematics as per instruction from Project lead MEP Designer;
- Work on the Excel sheets and Word documents for preparing the schedules and quantities;
- Conduct quantity take-off from design drawings;
- Review design documentation and provide necessary comments & observations;
- Rarely conduct site visits and prepare as-built drawings;
- Support company project manager with site issues.
