a vacancy for the position of Operations Customer Success Manager

Main responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for supply and partners, fostering strong relationships and addressing their operational needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and technical support, to onboard partners effectively and ensure a smooth integration process.
- Develop and implement operational processes and best practices to streamline partner management and optimize performance.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot operational issues, working with internal teams and partners to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Lead regular partner performance reviews and business QBRs, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing partnership outcomes.
- Work closely with supply side partners to optimize inventory quality, fill rates, and ad monetization strategies.
- Collaborate with demand side partners to maximize ad campaign performance, targeting capabilities, and revenue generation opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical teams to prioritize partner integration requests, bug fixes, and feature enhancements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting the mobile app ecosystem.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in operations, customer success, or partnership management roles, preferably in the mobile app industry or digital advertising ecosystem.
- Proven track record of managing successful partnerships with both supply and demand side partners, driving mutual growth and success.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize partnership performance.
- Experience with ad tech platforms, mobile app attribution tools, and analytics platforms is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business requirements.
