Schedule:
- Work Schedule: 3 working days followed by 2 days off.
- Day Shift: 09:00-17:00
- Evening Shift: 17:00-01:00
- Night Shift: 01:00-09:00
Two consecutive days off following the completion of each working cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to customer queries via email and live chat.
- Handle incidents reported by users efficiently and effectively.
- Identify common problems and escalate them to management, providing possible suggestions for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues or managers to find optimal solutions to customer issues.
- Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Respect client confidentiality at all times.
- Gather and share customer feedback with colleagues and other departments for continuous improvement.
- Perform supervisory tasks within the scope of competence.
Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Proficient in effective written communication in English.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, about the product, service, or area of customer service specialization.
- Prior work casino industry experience is advantageous.
