Your Experience and Skills Include:
- Desirable work experience as Reservations Agent (for multi-properties);
- Attentiveness and patience for customers;
- Sense of responsibility and excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment;
- Fluency in English
What You Will Be Doing:
- Accepting the reservations either in writing or over the phone;
- Filling out guest statistics, all reservation reports and daily statistics properly;
- Sharing information regarding the events to be held at the hotel by sending emails to the email list;
- In case of cancellation of the event, ensuring that all pre-registered persons have been contacted/refunded as applicable;
- Fulfilling the tasks and instructions of the Company's management and immediate supervisor.
