Location: Batumi
Functional responsibilities:
- Performance of assigned work tasks on time and with the specified quality
- Compliance with customer service standards
- Work with incoming calls
- Sale of old stock
- Informing customers about marketing campaigns, loyalty programs Processes:
- Opening, closing of the store
- Registration of loans, repayments, installments, insurance
- Conducting trading operations in 1C
- Work with the cash register and compliance with cash discipline
- Work in the CRM system (ordering missing items, issuing goods to the client at pickup, pre-ordering goods)
- Ensuring the safety of goods, store equipment
- Participation in the inventory procedure
- Setting and monitoring daily tasks in the store (in case of replacing Store Manager)
Education: Higher Education ( Preferably)
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales in Retail Chain and Knowledge of sales standards, communication with the client, cash discipline, experience in working with personnel
Languages:
- Georgian - Native
- English – B2
Personal skills:
- Communicability
- Time management
- Oriented on self-development
Other skills: Good command of Microsoft Office tools
