Position: Apple Product Trainer 
 
Main responsibilities: 

• Conducting induction training for new and existing iSpace store employees. 
• Conducting face-to-face trainings on par with webinars and field support for employees in stores. 
• Supervising the onboarding and adaptation processes of new employees. 
• Conducting assessments and assessing learning outcomes. 
• Active participation in training events, including briefings for new product launches. 
• Supporting the process of opening new stores and adapting new employees to the company. 
• Help new employees achieve expert levels of product knowledge and sales skills. 

 
Requirements: 

• Experience in conducting education and training for retail staff. (Face-to-face trainings/webinars) 
• Deep understanding of sales stages. 
• Ability to develop and implement best training practices. 
• Experience in working with LMS and creating LMS courses on different platforms. 
• Knowledge of Apple products and services. 
• Excellent communication and coaching skills. 
• Organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment. 
• Willingness to search for new tools and approaches for effective learning. 
• English or Russian languages - Min. B2
