Currently we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Specification Writer to join our team, who will be responsible for creating detailed specifications for materials, finishes, fixtures, and equipment to be used in interior design projects. The successful candidate will work closely with our design team to ensure that specifications align with project requirements, budget constraints, and industry standards.

- Collaborate with designers to understand project requirements and objectives;
- Write clear, concise, and accurate specifications that outline the quality, performance, and installation requirements of selected products;
- Maintain a comprehensive library of product specifications and technical data;
- Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, fixtures, and equipment based on project specifications, budget, and design aesthetic;
- Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers to obtain product information, samples, and pricing;
- Review and evaluate product samples to ensure they meet quality and performance standards;
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and documentation as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field;
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively;
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and precision;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
