As we expand, we are seeking smart, energetic, and driven individuals to join our team as Account Managers. This role is pivotal in maintaining relationships with our valued customers who engage with our games.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate personalized conversations and foster relationships with customers
- Recommend new games and promotions
- Offer discounts and promote rewards to enhance player engagement
- Liaise with the call center team to ensure seamless customer support
- Identify patterns in user behavior to optimize upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Operate live chat and email services to provide personalized customer support
- Collaborate with the team to achieve high levels of player satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and a people-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in English is essential
- Out-of-the-box thinking and analytical mindset
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Sales-driven attitude with a focus on achieving targets

We offer three shifts to accommodate your preference: day, evening, and night. The base salary is 1200 GEL NET, supplemented with bonuses.
