Your profile:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management or product development;
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of web development, UX/UI principles, and digital marketing strategies;
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar;
  • Project Management: Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.);
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving goals;
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.


Bonus points for:

  • Prior experience working in website-focused roles;
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation;
  • Knowledge of emerging web technologies and trends.


Your day-to-day contribution:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and implement a user-facing product strategy aligned with the company's business goals and client requests. Create and manage a detailed product roadmap, prioritising features based on customer needs, compliance requirements, and business impact;
  • Product Development & Lifecycle Management: Lead the full lifecycle of user-facing product development from concept to launch, including planning, execution, and analysis. Oversee the product backlog, ensuring clarity and prioritisation of requirements for the development team;
  • User Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create a seamless, intuitive, and engaging user interface that encourages longer play and higher conversion rates. Implement personalisation features to tailor the experience to individual user preferences;
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics. Analyse competitor products and identify areas of improvement or differentiation for the website;
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure that the websites comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, particularly around user data security. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to implement necessary features and adjustments;
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related queries and updates for the websites’ user-facing features. Present product strategy, roadmap, and progress to senior management and other stakeholders regularly;
  • Performance Metrics & Analysis: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of user-facing product features and initiatives. Analyse website performance data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform future product strategies;
  • Budget & Resource Management: Manage the product development budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
