Requirements:
- Turkish and English - upper intermediate level and higher;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong desire to dive deeper and develop in Recruitment;
- Understanding of the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate management;
- Detail-oriented and able to effectively manage candidate data, documents, and schedules;
- Ability to work with statistics and conduct basic analysis;
- Ability to handle multitasking effectively;
- Experience in the positions of Recruiter, HR, Customer Support Manager, and Sales Manager will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain full recruiting life cycle/end-to-end recruiting;
- Searching for candidates using different sources and tools;
- Negotiation with potential candidates, screening CVs;
- Schedule, organize, and conduct interviews;
- Headhunting candidates across different countries;
- Managing and developing relationships with candidates and hiring managers;
- Maintaining BambooHR Hiring ATS;
- Conduct HR interviews with candidates;
- Ensure the proper interviewing process for candidates and feedback delivery;
- Maintain a full hiring cycle in collaboration with the HR manager.
