Why We Need You
As an Agile PMO Analyst, you’ll support the delivery and optimization of Agile practices throughout the organization. You’ll ensure project visibility, promote best practices, and contribute to the successful execution of initiatives aligned with our strategic goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
Project Tracking & Reporting
- Track Agile project progress using key metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown, cycle time)
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation including plans, risk logs, and action items
- Provide regular portfolio health updates and dashboards to senior stakeholders
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and escalate issues where appropriate
Agile Support & Coordination
- Support Agile squads with tools, training, and guidance on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices
- Help facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote consistent use of Agile frameworks
- Assist in the rollout of standardized Agile practices across teams
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Agile governance frameworks and internal standards
- Maintain clarity in project roles, responsibilities, and change management processes
- Track progress against strategic delivery plans and escalate non-compliance
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a bridge between Agile teams and business stakeholders
- Provide transparency on delivery progress, risks, and outcomes
- Coordinate inter-team dependencies and ensure alignment on priorities
Continuous Improvement
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
- Support retrospectives and Agile maturity initiatives
- Help define KPIs to measure and improve delivery effectiveness
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Maintain centralized documentation and knowledge bases (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Support knowledge sharing across teams and projects
What You Bring
- Experience as a PMO Analyst, Business Analyst, or in Agile delivery support
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Agile dashboards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present project data
- Familiarity with project governance and delivery best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist)
- Experience managing multiple Agile projects in a portfolio setting
- Background in change management or IT service management
- Knowledge of Agile portfolio management and performance reporting
