Business & Finance Consulting (www.bfconsulting.com), a Swiss consulting company specialized in development finance, is looking to fill in a Key Expert role, Senior Inclusive Financing Expert for a donor-financed project in Caucasus (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia).

Duration of the project: 7 years 
Type of involvement: project-based part-time involvement (full-time could also be considered) 
 
Who we are looking for (Your Profile): 

• Education: Relevant Master or MBA degree 

Experience in: 

• Working as a gender/youth specialist in emerging markets and in similar operating environments, in particular in supporting institutional development in the financial sector/commercial banks for inclusion of young people 
• Conducting gender/youth analysis of banks' portfolio, institutional strategies, business models and delivery mechanisms to reach out to Youth MSMEs 
• Conducting qualitative research and age/gender institutional analysis 
• Negotiating with a wide range of stakeholders, including associations, ministries, regulatory authorities and other stakeholders  
• Country Experience: Professional experience within at least one of the following countries: Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan 
• Languages: Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Russian is desirable 
• Excellent writing and communication skills 
• Strong interpersonal skills; a proactive and collaborative team player
