General Job Description
To manage production and material planning within the ERP system and oversee the execution of production work plans to ensure timely and efficient operations on the shop floor.

Responsibilities:

• Ensured timely receipt of materials and components to support uninterrupted production.
• Supported on-time delivery through effective planning and coordination.
• Issue production orders and kitted materials to lines in accordance with build schedules.
• Maintained accurate inventory records and ensured real-time ERP system updates.
• Monitored buffer stocks of long-lead and critical parts to reduce the risk of shortages.
• Developed and maintained production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines.
• Coordinated with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to align material flows with production needs.
• Tracked production progress and adjusted plans based on changes in demand or supply disruptions.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to address delays, shortages, or quality-related issues.
• Prepared weekly/monthly reports on KPIs, inventory, and material consumption.

• Industrial Engineer/Operations Management

• Experience in industry – must have at least 3 years
• Georgian – Fluent / Good - English
• Process-wise systematic view
• Operation of computer/office applications (MRP, ERP)
• Proficiency in Excel
• Failure analysis ability
• Labor relations and teamwork ability
• Matrix operation of production-related teams/peers
• Ability to lead missions
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
