Our prestigious international 5-star hotel is seeking an experienced and highly organized HR Payroll and Administrative Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, a strong sense of confidentiality, and a passion for supporting people in a world-class hospitality environment.
You will be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll management, maintaining employee records, handling HR administrative processes, and managing staff insurance and related documentation.
Salary: 1900 GEL (Net – without Taxes)
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process and verify monthly payroll in compliance with internal policies and labor regulations
- Maintain precise employee data, contracts, attendance, benefits, and personnel files
- Administer employee insurance (health, life, and other benefits): registration, renewals, claims, and communication with insurance providers
- Prepare and submit payroll and insurance-related reports to relevant authorities and management
- Support HR administrative operations including participating in preparing different type of reports;
- Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, correspondence, and coordination with departments
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, labor law, and confidentiality standards
- Any other HR related tasks as may be required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Higher Education preferable in Business Administration or Social Sciences;
- Minimum 1 years of experience in payroll and HR administration (experience in the hospitality industry is a strong advantage)
- Knowledge of payroll systems, labor legislation, and insurance processes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information
- Advanced computer skills (MS Excel, HRIS, payroll systems)
- Good command of English;
- Good analytical skills
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal;
- The ability to work accurately, with attention to details.
- The ability to work as part of a team;
- Oriented on self-development.
