This is a rare opportunity for someone who loves travel, hospitality, and the mix of thinking and doing that comes with running a small adventure business. We are looking for someone curious and hands-on, who enjoys both working with people and running a business. Someone who understands what makes guests happy, but also likes to organize, improve systems, and keep things moving smoothly.
This is not a desk job, nor a 9-5. If you love travel, camping, 4x4s, and creating memorable experiences, this might be for you.
There are several ways to get involved: running operations, growing into a partnership, or even full ownership.

Overlando Campers is a unique and small 4×4 camper rental company based in Tbilisi. We design, build and rent our own vehicles, for exploring Georgia’s and Armenia’s wild landscapes.
When we started back in 2018, there was nothing like this here. We were the first to bring rental campers to Georgia, and from day one, travellers from all over the world have fallen in love with our cars. They’re not just regular car rentals, they have charm, personality, stories, and take people to places they’ll never forget.
Georgia is one of those rare places where you can still camp almost anywhere, light a fire under the stars, and wake up to stunning views. It’s safe, welcoming, full of history and surprises, and made for the kind of wild camping adventures that are almost impossible elsewhere.
After years of steady growth and great guest experiences, we’re opening the door for someone new to join, or even take the lead, in the next chapters of Overlando.

You might be the right persion if you:

• Love nature, overlanding, Georgia
• Are good at solving problems calmly and practically
• Enjoy both hands-on and bigger-picture strategic thinking
• Like helping and supporting guests
• Have experience leading small teams or managing operations
• Take initiative and enjoy learning new things
• Handle stressful situations well
• Speak good English, other languages (eg. Georgian, Russian, German) are a big plus

• Run the day-to-day operations and grow into a leadership role
• Join as a partner and co-develop the business
• Take full ownership (over time) if you’re an entrepreneur ready to buy in
